HDMI lead - 1.1 or 1.3?

i have a ross hdmi lead number phdmi1-rs can any one tell me if this is 1.1 or 1.3 as when i try to play bluerays back it only lets me do it in 1080i and not 720p my tv is only hd ready does this have any thing to doe with it.i know nothing.

sounds more like a setting problem.

What TV is it? It won't be the cable.

my tv is a lg l3000 i think its 720p only but not really sure ,but when i play my xbox360 that lets me set it to 1080p and it works fine,but the bd player only lets me do 1080i,not sure why my bd player is a sharp.cheers
