Hi all,
I'm new to these forums, but this seemed like the best place to come and get some opinions as Panasonic Customer Services couldn't seem to care less.
I have an issue with my 37" LCD in that when I watch a film or something that has lots of fast moving images and flashing what appear to be lots of horizontal black lines/stripes appear in the bright parts of the picture. It's almost a blink and you miss it situation, which is why I filmed it so I can get some opinions and that, should Panasonic maintain their view that the TV is working normally, I can take them to court.
It happens on all sources I have tried Freeview, Freeview HD, Component input, HDMI, HD-DVD, Blu-Ray, DVD etc.
I have even gone so far as to try my old Pansonic LCD TV on the same equipment and cables and that is fine, no issues at all.
So, if you have five minutes I would appreciate some views on what the issue may be, as I raised this issue for the second time with Panasonic a month ago and my TV is now in a local Panasonic service agents workshop and they seem as confused as me - it certainly doesn't sould like a 'normal' fault.
