Hi guys,

I have B&W 683 S2 and looking for a good stereo amplifier for it.

I listen to all sort of music - from heavy metall to jazz so I believe I need something universal 🙂

Budget is up to $2000. If something good is slightly more than $2000 but worth it I can try to find it used, lol

Any sugestions?

Thank you!

How about a used NAD C352?

Thank you!

Ok, seems clear about bi wiring but what stereo amolifier will sound well B&W 683 S2?

I had a nad c352 driving a pair of the same speakers, and was/is the system I kept for the longest period without change. For the money it was brilliant. My linn LP 12 was connected via a Cambridge phone stage equally as good value. Both are pretty frequently found on ebay etc

unfortunately, it doesnt have biwire option as far as I know

PM8005

Also, you don't need to bi wire. It's pretty much a waste.

Hi. +1 to this. Besides the Marantz PM8005, you could check out Hegel H80, Exposure 3010 s2 or used Supernait 1 for a snappier presentation. Emphasis on used Supernait 1 out of these three.
