Can the S770 upscale video streamed over LAN like the PS3 does?
I really need that feature and found the extract below in another review.
"The BDP-S770 can upscale standard resolutions to a higher image quality during streaming video or while playing standard DVDs using Sony's proprietary IP Content Noise Reduction technology and Precision Cinema HD Upscaling."
WhatHifi did not mention it in their review…so I am not sure if they just did not test for it or if the above is a dirty lie.
Sony gave me a useless non-committal answer.
