bose 321 or panasonic sc-bt205

i am just setting up a home av system and i do not know which way to go weather it be blu ray surround or bose dvd, can anyone please help me thanks.

the sub on the panasonic can sound to loud.bose 3.2.1 is dvd only and is much more expensive.and 2.1 only.

Isn't the Bose twice the price of Panasonic? What's your budget?

Form what I can see, you're trying to get a Bose system that you can afford, rather than going by what you really need.

Few tips to help you arrive at a decision:

1) A 5.1 system (Panasonic in your case) will always be better than a 2.1 system (Bose in your case).

2) You'll generally pay more for the Bose brand name.

3) Higher end Bose systems sound very good, but are easily beaten by cheaper audiophile systems.

4) Bose make some of the best & the most gorgeous tiny speaker systems. I haven't seen a better sounding speaker which is as Tiny as the Bose. I'm talking about the high end jewel cube speakers here.

5) The Bose customer service is top notch.

If you're buying the Bose, don't forget to factor in the cost of the blu-ray player as well.
