EDIT: Just noticed that you posted this in HiFi section, so my recommendation would be this:

Ignore

I'm guessing that you need to 'Disable Rich Text' on a tablet of some kind or you need to read this:

Ah, oh, simple me. Ok, have any of you have experimented with wireless bluetooth such as this? http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/wireless-speaker-adapter I am not to anal about any high end credentials as it is only for spotify premium but would like a half decent connection without drop outs. - Would that compress and already compressed signal further? Anyway, have ordered one meanwhile but would consider a SB Touch if I find one at a reasonable price. regards

I'm using a Samsung HS3000 bluetooth thingy that utilizes the apt-x codec on my phone(HTC One X). Plug in your own headphones and the device can clip to your shirt etc and act as a headseat with volume, play, pause etc...

Excellent imo. But the Apt-X does make a difference, so I'd probably avoid non-equpped BT devices :)

+1 for aptx on Bluetooth ... Makes for a big improvement over normal Bluetooth audio codec.

Creative, Conran, Altec Lansing, Nokia do aptx speakers .. The Creative ones (D3x/D5x) even do multi-synch.

For conventional speakers /amps with a line input you can you aptx receivers from the likes of QED, Arcam, Chord, Nokia etc.
