I've noticed that since i've had sky hd installed, when i'm watching some t.v. channels my t.v. will zoom in the picture in an effort to fill the screen which would be great if only it (a)didn't degrade the picture quality and (b)cut off some of the picture that i'm trying to view. For instance when i'm watching 'uktv history', all i can see in the top left hand corner of the screen is 'story'. Its getting extremley frustrating and i don't know how to stop it happening so if anyone has any ideas could you please post. I'm using a panasonic th-37px60 and i've looked through the menus but i can't find anything obvious to stop it happening.

You should just be able to switch the auto off on the tv set it to widescreen or 16.9 there could also be a setting on the Sky box if there is set that to widescreen or 16.9.
