Question Are the Dynaudio 3/7's and the Emit M30's, the same speaker.

Now here's a picture of the M30's


They have identical specs so are they the same speaker? They both got 4 out of 5 stars. Apparently the 3/7's lack subtlety in the mid range whilst the M30's lack enthusiasm.

I have owned the M30's for 5 years, and i never want to sell them, just brilliant.

They certainly look very similar (and very nice too..) I would guess any differences are not visible..like speaker coil magnets material or crossover components etc…..

Ah yes, the internals could have been improved on the Emit's, never thought of that, but Dynaudio just cant them right for Whathifi 🙂

You’re right there! 🙂 I know the new Emits use the tweeter from the Evoke range with a ‘wave guide‘ behind it….to improve high frequency performance. Can’t wait for a review of those!😁
