AMP to PC using PRE-AMP output?

Can I use the pre-amp output on the back of my Arcam FMJ A32 to go into my pc rca line input? And would I need to switch it into pre-amp mode or just leave it as it is?

i used to connect the pc to the amp using the Tape circuit, tape out to the pc and back ("monitor" should do the same).

I would have done that, however I wanted to copy vinyls to my pc.
