All of the above formats will give you the same end result as there is fundamentally no difference between them. If you are watching sky3D or any other broadcast of 3D they will be using one of the above formats to encode the left eye/right eye into a single frame by 'squeezing' either vertically or horizontally the left eye and right eye information and recording them on one frame next to each other. Your TV then seperates and 'unsqueezes' this single frame to give you a full frame for each eye. However as each eye's image only contains half the 1920 horizontal or 1080 vertical pixel information it also means that you are getting half the resolution.

The best quality 3D is a FullHD 3D Bluray watched on a FullHD 3D active screen.
