What they want for it and what they'll get for it are two different things. On eBay UK, a quick hunt through recent completed items shows a full Stones MFSL box set sold in January for under £500, while individual albums can for for £60-£70. That's what i'd expect it/them to be worth, and even then that's very obviously collectors' price territory.

If they didn't think people would buy them then they wouldn't produce them. Mobile Fidelity are no idiots and their quality control is second to none.
