£1600 for a Toshiba 55-inch Oled TV - will this one actually come to the UK though?

Is it actually coming to the Uk though? Because last years Toshiba 55x97 didn’t actually come did it? Even though there was a news story about it.

maybe they have been hiding in the shadows waiting for all the HDR/Dolby Vision standards to be (hopefully) sorted out.

yes gel, I too hope that some of these new tv's will come to the UK, both my previous tv's (a 28in CRT and a 42in flatscreen) were both Toshiba and I never had any issues with them. I had to go with Philips for my latest tv as Richer Sounds did not stock Toshiba at time of purchase.

I am in the market for an tv upgrade both in size (65in) and from Full HD to 4K so news of these new Toshiba's coming soon makes me very happy.

Yep, John Lewis are doing Toshiba TVs at the moment. They got took over by some one I think and they are now being made in Turkey I think. Hopefully they will get stock of these Oled TVs and drop their price from the RRP, hopefully they are not like Philips and will gradually reduce their price. The WHF news feed does say stores so hopefully competition will reduce their price.
