Hi Native Bon, So you are picking up a pair of ipl speakers .... I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on their sound and integration with your system.

I've been intrigued by the ipl for a while - did you manage to demo and I assume your are buying them from iq speakers?

Yes I did demo them at Colin's just over a month ago with a nord NC500 stereo power amp. My Oppo as source. They sounded really good. Not the very best at sounding smooth, but the expression of the music was almost hypnotic. Am looking to pair them with the Arcam 850, that should balance things out nicely.
