I have been renovating my study in the past few weeks today was completion day .I moved the HIFI rack into its new place that had been sitting in the loft all cleaned and dusted, started to place my units on to the rack looked good ok now to make connections speakers in place cut the speaker wire to length i wont mention the brand 😉.
After a hour or so i turned it on left speaker no sound it was all working fine now im baffled checked all the connections looked fine.
now im thinking the Amp or speaker has failed so i check the speakers Both worked fine when i swapped them so now im thinking its the Amp not happy .
Tried A & B speakers on the Amp same Grrr .
So i dissconted the Amp took the cover off to check the fuses all fine .
now im baffled .
2 hours later i decided to check the RCA cable never had one fail but i thought i check it so i swapped L&R on the RCA guess what 1 side nothing i just wasted 2 hours because of Cambridge Audio cable put another one on happy days what a drama for 1 cable rookie mistake i guess .
