witch speaker cable to use?

hi at the moment i have the rs6 av speaker package (old version silver series ) i also have the onkyo nr5008 amp what i need is speaker cable but in your opinions what would be the best speaker cable to use with this set up need help asap please

Standard 79 - 300 - 500 stand OFC will be more then good enough for your system. Fwiw, i use 79 and 500 strand speaker cables with Onkyo PR-SC5508/Plinius Odean and Monitor Audio Platinium PL200 AV/PL300 AV.

all i can find on ofc is 532 strand copper is this ok to use?

I believe Maplins do it. The cable i have used is very good too. You can see it in my signature.

Van Damme Hifi 2.5mm would be my recommendation or the Blue 2.5mm. Both have plenty of copper and good quality shielding. Google Van Damme. Plenty of high profile users!
