BBB i like it now,!!!

listened to Stereophonics on Radio 2 today, never been a fan, but they were superb live in the studio - think I might get there latest album on vinyl of course

Stereophonics are one of those bands that I don't dislike, but I don't really feel like parting with cash to buy anything by.

Saying that, I did once buy a second hand cd single of "Local Boy In A Photograph"

His voice is a little grating too, though from what I've heard of the new album, it sounds quite melancholic, which isn't a bad thing.

Are you not interested in the Aphex Twin re-issue?

Ordered! Cheap too £10 sumat

this then promptyl made me dig out Banco De Gaia - Maya vinyl - not heard it for years and its blinking fantastic

Yep I was linto Ambient Dub, The Orb, FSOL, Sven Vath etc - still have loads of that stuff

I quite like some of that, but haven't got much.

Sabres Of Paradise - Sabresonic II is about all I've got on vinyl.

Can I recommend a couple oif albums to you?

F*U*S*E - Dimension Intrusion

You can get the first one direct from Mr Bongo, the FUSE album, I doubt you'll find anywhere, they're very different, but both worth a listen.

Hi BBB,

I'm an absolute Luddite with anything vaguely technical, so I asked my dealer to fit my Goldring. I did think about doing it myself, and seem to recall a very detailed, step by step posting Andrew Everard kindly made*, but I opted for someone else doing it for me.

* Not sure if it's searchable but I seem to recall it all made perfect sense. If only I'd had the tools and the skills to do it.

OK Charlie. I'll try to find this elusive guide from Andrew, if not, I think I'll take mine to a dealer too, I'm so far out of my depth it's frightening.
