Thank you very much for contacting us. I have chased this with warehouse and
it seems that there has been a problem with the stock allocation.
Due to recent server maintenance our stock levels have not been updated and
stock was wrongly allocated.
I sincerely apologise for this mix-up and I have informed out IT department
about the problem so they make sure this does not happen again.
I am truthfully grateful that you brought this to our attention as if it was
not for you we would not have found out about this error and we would have
been unable to contact all affected parties.
At the moment we have placed a new order with our supplier and we have asked
them to expedite delivery. They have promised us that stock will be
available as soon as possible. I understand this might be a further
inconvenience for you if you require the vinyl urgently. Please let me know
if you would like to wait for the new stock to arrive or shall we cancel and
refund the order immediately?
Once again, please accept our most sincere and unreserved apologies for the
situation. I can assure you that we would never deliberately and knowingly
hold on to such information.
