BTW I have been given a Harvest pressing of DSOTM - is it the most desired?

Sorry Steve, I wouldn't know. My copies are from way back when; before I had a CD player. They still sound very, very good even if the vinyl is much lighter that 180 g.

I struck lucky with my copy, it looked mint - but no gaurantee its a good copy - it plays beautiflul

I'm listening to Misplaced Childhood now and I think I've struck lucky as well Steve. It plays beautifully with no background noise at all.

First and foremost though it is just a fantastic album, as the vast majority of Marillion albums are. I'm thinking Clutching At Straws will be next up on the Rega.
