What should I set the HDMI colour to?

Hi

In the settings section of my DVD player (Pioneer DV600AV) I have some options as to HDMI Colour.

The options are:

• Full range RGB
• RGB
• Component

This is being connected to a KRP 500.

What should I set this option to? What are the differences?

I used to have a Pioneer DCS-363 Home Cinema System and I always had it set to 'Full Range RGB' - to me, it gave me the best colour.
