What are the requirements for "album of the day"? Newly discovered? Favourite album?

It's what you are listening to which particularly floats your boat enough to share. I play a lot of albums back to back and the 3 I've mentioned are the ones I enjoyed most yesterday, particularly as I hadn't listened to any of them in a while..

Jess Glynne : I Cry When I Laugh, de luxe edition.

Best recent pop album I've heard in ages, I often find myself reaching for it from the shelf and I'm playing it as I type this. She is a great artist IMO.

Sophie Ellis Bextor :Wanderlust.

What a really easy listen, love her vocals on this nice mellow album. It's just a nice soothing album.

Henry Butler, Steven Burnstein and the Hot 9 - Vipers Drag

A jazz album for those, like me, not usually interested in jazz. Upbeat with lots of variety. Happened upon it by chance on Spotify a few weeks back and have been hooked since.
