Hay Mac ave a wee listen to the Oran Mor live acoustic session.lovely...oh and they don't have a self titled album as yet....

Fourteen autumn's and fifteen winters

Forget the night ahead

No one can ever know

Nobody wants to be here and nobody wants to leave.

Check out their video on YouTube out side the vox box record store in Edinburgh....brilliant.

Bill Laurance - Live at the Union Chapel.

The first couple of tracks are a little lacklustre as they warm up like many live recordings, but the rest is absolutely fantastic !

This is the second time I've posted this, but got round to buying the cd of Radiohead- moon shaped pool. I thought the 320kbps sounded good, but the cd....wow! What a beautiful sounding album.

This may be treason, but it's my favourite album of theirs.

Funny you should say that Mac, I was considering the same thing but thought it way too controversial to post here :) I think it might well be. Love in rainbows but last night was thinking it could well be better. Will know more after a month or so more of listening.

I thought the older stuff a lot better than current radiohead ie the bends, pablo honey and k computer. I didn't think much of moon shaped pool comparatively. Still a pretty decent album though, but with Radiohead I don't think they are too inventive anymore. More inventive than some bands that churn out the old stuff. It would be good if he could collaborate with some other artists a bit more - a thom Yorke and Damon albarn album. That would be great.

Have to say, I find moon shaped pool as individual as anything they have done. I think it might be one of their most musical, if not most musical. It's quieter, but says more, possibly

Agreed... that's the beauty of music, we all hear something different in each piece.

I came across this rather strange album on Spotify earlier, but there's something about it I do like

Two in one day sort of defeats the purpose of the title to thread, but as I didn't post yesterday,

Bruce Springsteen - we shall overcome, the Seeger sessions American land edition.
