Amongst other CD's I've bought today, Lana Del Rey "Born To Die" - the production is just fabulous and so's the album. Sadly I had a ticket to go to see her at the HMV Institute in Birmingham last September but due to illness I couldn't make it

Brinsley Schwarz and the Skynyrd and as I write this my favourite Bowie track off Planet Rock "The Bewley Brothers". Can't say as I've ever heard this on any radio station before.

Saw AC/DC at Colchester in a very very small cinema. A friend who was passing said they stopped for a listen. That would have been a more sensible distance for me. What with Rory Gallagher and AC/ DC i know my ears are ......
