Its a blu-ray, but music is for listening:

Return to forever Live at Montreux. This has the best sound and picture of any concert I have ever seen by a mile. Clear, well balanced sound with great dynamics and thunderous bass. The picture is clear and shows you what you want as a music fan - the musicians. It sounds consdiderably better than the live CD from the same tour (and that is very good).

Thanks to the forumite who recommended this.

Thanks to Anders (simonthesaint) for more Swedish prog rock recommendations. Trettioariga Kriget have been on the go since the mid 1970s. They have not had a prolific output and this is their most recent album from 2007, 'I Borjan Och Slutet'. Sung in Swedish (good) this album is very melodic, quite heavy and crosses over between prog, folk and blues rhythms. The instruments range from mellotron to harmonica, though it is primarily held together by the blues style lead guitar of Christer Akerberg. The musicianship and recording are superb.

From 1968, the band are called International Harvester and the album is 'Sov gott Rose-Marie'. Psychedellic in feel with extended rambling jams, but it has a folk/rock edge to it. An interesting listen but the recording is poor with noticeable background hiss.

The band Trad, Gras och Stenar, who formed out of International Harvester and the 2009 album 'Homeless Cats'. The music retains the psychedellic free form, rambling, jamming style, but it has a much harder, rock/metal sound to it. There are elements of Mogwei, Neil Youngs distorted rock guitar playing with Crazy Horse and Faust.
