Overpowered by Roisin Murphy.

Possibly one of the finest test-albums available. I was nearly blown of the sofa by the sheer range and scale of the recording, wish I'd discovered it earlier!

Proper deep bass (especially track 6), amazingly intimate vocals and some serious top-end detail. OK the lyrics are a bit odd in places but when the music sounds this good I can forgive that! You know you're on the right track when Ms Murphy seems to be stood in your living room giving you a personal serenade...

Just about the biggest noise in Prog Rock at the moment. Transatlantic, a mix of Yes musicianship and ELP pomp and scale.
