I have been looking at a few tvs to use mainly for films, as well as with a computer and on the xbox 360. I am not bothered about sound as it will be plugged into an amplifier/hifi system. I have shortlisted a couple but I would like some advice on which TV is the best value for money.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-UE37C5100-37-inch-Widescreen-Freeview/dp/B003DNSJ1S/ref=pd_sim_ce_9 (Samsung UE37C5100) LED LCD tv 37" 50hz £529
http://www.richersounds.com/product/lcd-tv/samsung/le40b550/sams-le40b550 (Samsung LE40B550) LCD tv 40" £399 I selected due to postive reviews

http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/sandstrom-s46ldib10-46-full-hd-led-backlit-tv-03864834-pdt.html (Sandstrom S46LDIB10) LED LCD tv 46" £499 but I am uncertain of the brand itself, are sandstroms any good?
Are any of these tvs better recommended than the others, obviously I would prefer to have a larger screen, but it is more about the picture quality with each tv. Are the LED tvs really worth it or could I go for a cheaper LCD tv over any of these? And I'm also assuming the prices for these tvs are likely to drop after christmas, would I be wrong to assume this?
cheers
