Toshiba DVD H/D Recorder

Can some one shed some light on what is going on with the Toshiba DVD Recorder model RD-97DT.

This was supposed to released months ago, I'm now seeing it listed on the net as a Phillips RD97DT.

It doesn't appear on Toshiba's web-site and their tech support couldn't find any information about it either.

I've now had a spec sheet on the RD-97DT from Toshiba who state the
model will be released at the end of this Month. But it would appear
that the decoder scart socket doesn't support RGB same for the RD-17DT
(no H/D)

Is this an issue for people like me who wish to connect it to a Virgin Media Box, or some one on Sky.
