I am guessing it has two hdmi outputs for 3D with an old receiver, yes?

It gets a great review from WHF.

I was thinking about trading in my B&W Zeppelin Air for one, what do you think?

What's wrong with the Blu-ray player you've got now?

Not a lot, it's been brilliant in fact. Just fancied the Pioneer though.

av kit is for life :)

In Gel's case AV purchases can have a shorter shelf life than a pint of milk!

For what it's worth, Gel, there's really no upgrade value in a new BDP, though we've been here many times before... *smile*

They are only close, probably not that close though in reality.

You willl get more PQ benefit from Calibration than changing player and it add value to the TV

Cheers mate, I can't see it adding value though, I think I will stick to the new settings I have.

when come to sell it will - saves someone a couple of hundred to get it done
BB still had it done on my VT65. People like to get it done themselves for their own setups. I will upgrade in a matter of years too.

Save up for a 4K player. Worst time to buy a blu ray player especially since you have one already in perfect condition.
Yep, cheers BB.

Didn't you have your VT calibrated by canary jules before you sold it to BB?
Yep, I did that's not what I said, but then Vincent or whatever his name calibrated it too for BB. You have to have it sorted for your room and light, but I can't be bothered this time, the money will go on my next TV.
