That is an impressive list of some wonderful equipment and speakers that your friend will be listening to but he really should add an Electrocompaniet pre - power to the list of amplifiers for audition

Electro, there seems to be a lot of love for the poweramps, but the Electrocompanietpre amps do not seem to get the same amount of attention. Why is that? I see you've paired them. Do you know people who use other pre amps with their Electro power amps?
