I've managed to pick up an Italian blu-ray (it was out earlier in Italy) of The Hurt Locker, which is doing the rounds in a limited number of cinemas. I'm not going to go into a critique of the film or express any opinions about the material, other than to say that it is one hell of a tense film.
Shot in what looks like 16mm, the print is grainy and looks like a documentary. Colour, contract are all great, even if it is using the bleached out look that 90% of current war movies have. It's worth picking this up as an import as it costs not much more that the price of tickets for two, as you'll no doubt want to buy it later.
