Makes a lot of difference, doesn't it?

As does being able to pause to go to the loo or top up a drink...

I wouldn’t be pausing with your OLED mate.

Player goes to screensaver very quickly (30s, I think) - and personally I think the talk of screen burn is just a little over-egged. Over a year in and no issues so far, whereas previous plasmas never got screen burn but did get some image retention. Fingers crossed, anyway.

Plasmas do get screen burn just like OLED TVs do.

I think plasma was worse by far - and am hoping that turns out to be right. I watch little sport and don't game, so there are few static images on my screen, ever.
