Started this a little in another post, but thought it would be a good idea if everyone who reads this, to list there top 2 apps that they have got, to share with everyone. It dont matter if someone has already put the 1 you were going to say as that just confirms that its a good app.

I will start it off with the remote for itunes as I think you cant beat a wifi remote and air hockey as it a good game.

so come on everyone dont keep them to yourself, share with other members ;-)

My top two in different genres....

Games: Angry Birds & Harbour Master (ties with Drop7)
Navigation: CoPilot & MotionX GPS (stunning for the price)
Tools: Speed Test & Skype
General: eBay & Facebook
Music: TuneIn Radio (fantastic and should be standard)

Special commendations for IMDb (as it's quicker than the Web) and Sleep Cycle (innovative).

Anyone know of a good weather app?

If you get online to BBC iPlayer via your iPhone/iPod Touch browser, you can bookmark it - you instantly get an iPlayer icon and subsequent one-click access to the service.

I've finished the lot - all levels; both games. Now going back to try and improve my scores/star ratings. My 13-year-old nephew was very helpful with some tips over the weekend - he's got the whole family on it, including his Grandad (my Dad!)

Coincidence I'm getting a new phone on Monday.

It's a HTC desire. It'll be interesting to see how good the hi resolution OLED screen will be with films and how well this will compare to my itouch. I'm pretty convinced that music will sound better through Apples device, but I'm expecting the desire to put up a good fight when it comes to movies on the go

Here are a few I've found :

Tunein Radio - Great app for listening to radio from all over the world, highly recommended.
SKY+ - Record programs on your sky box, from anywhere.
Shazam - Identifies what song is currently playing.
ColorSplash - Nice little app for making pics black and white with certain parts in colour.
Friendz - For all those Xbox 360 fans.
RedLaser - Scan barcodes for items and it finds cheapest prices on the web, clever little app.
thetrainline - Find train journeys, or next train home from current location
nextbuses - Find when the next bus leaves nearest to your location
lovefilm - Manage and view your lovefilm lists etc
Skype - Skype (need I say more)
Facebook - if you like that kind of thing ;-)
flixter - Movie ratings
WiFi Zone - Finds nearest wifi zones.
Yelp - Cool app for finding places (restraunts, pubs etc), has a monacle utility which is nice.

Thats most the ones I have for now, my daughter has a whole page of kids apps, but I wont list them here ;-)
