I placed an order on this website on 18 NOV. 2014

I haven't reveived my order !!

I wrote a lot of e-mail but no response!!!!

IT'S TERRIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11 days with weekend included... although not having the emails replied is really bad, I don't think that it passed so much time that you would write so many exclamation marks. Just hope your emails had less of them and that eventually you get what you ordered.
