In order to improve further the audio output of my new tv i purchased a Q-accoustic TV2-x sub with lookaround speakers.I have to say that the results where a much improved sound quality,However...... it soon became apparent that when using the optical output from the tv that the L&R channels are reversed.i removed the optical cable completely and operated the unit with the RCA phono leads supplied and this produced correct L&R placement of the channels.Contacted the distributors who said that 10000 units had been sold and no problems they said contact Panasonic. In the meantime John Lewis exchanged the unit [thesub]with the same results, then of course recieved an e-mail back from Panasonic which amounted to a fob off. Through this forum i am asking if anyone has tried out this with any external equipment and found also this transposed channels when using the optical output of this otherwise excellent performing tv.
