StreamMagic Search Problem

I just bought a Cambridge Audio MXN10 and set it up with their StreamMagic app. Problem is that often when I do a search in the Library section for either Tidal or Qobuz, I often get a text box that say "Forbidden" with an
"Ok" below which I can click to continue with my search. I can continue typing a few letters and then I get the "forbidden" message again. Search results do come up and sometimes the search works with no problems. It's as if my iPhone can't handle the request in a timely manner when I first open the app. Any idea of what setting in my iPhone 13 is causing this, or is it a StreamMagic bug? Thanks.
