Spots on Samsung TV

Not sure if anyone can help, we have an 18month old 50" Samsung UE50F6200 bought from Curry's that's started to show "spots". They're only noticable on light pictures when they appear to be light grey. I think it's also showing some screen burn to the top?

I'm not sure what's caused it, 95% of the time it's only connected to a SkyHD box.

Is it likely to be something I've done or a fault with the TV? If the latter any advice on what to do next?

Can't see the picture. I would suggest you contact Currys. How much warranty does it have?

Perhaps it's poorly?
