Speakers advise; Royd RR3 vs Totem Model One Signature

Hi, I have ordered the Roksan Caspian M2 duo, which I wait for being delivered, that I plan to use with my old Royd RR3. Now I can get a pair of second hand Totem Model 1 Signature at a very good price. The only issue is I have to drive 320 km each way to get them. Therefore I ask you, would the Totems be an over all upgrade over the Royds? I plan to save the Royds for a second system together with the Linn Classik 05, which has been my main system for many years.

Can't answer your question. I would be interested to know what they sound like - I'm a big fan of the Arros.

Never heard of Royd, but the Totem's are great. Not familiar with Roksan, but the Model ones tend to do well with Naim, warmer amps and tube amps.

Haven't received my Caspians yet but the Totems were a real upgrade from the Royds. I'm very pleased with them!
