speaker choice room size

Hi my room size is 17 by 13 feet, now I like to audit the RX serie of Monitor Audio and I want to listen to some other speakers in that range.

Should I listen to the RX1, RX2 , RX6 or RX8 for that room size?

Alternatives?

Dali Ikon 1,2,5,6 or 7?
B&W CM1,5,7?
Tannoy rev sig. DC4, DC4t, DC6, DC6t?

Room size similar to mine. RX1s will fill it fine. RX2s are huge and I reckon floorstanders would be difficult to position. By all means try others but you'll find the RX1s sound very nice.

I'd personally gravitate towards the RX2. However, the proper choice depends largely on your preference, and your intended room layout.
