speaker cable diameter

Hi I need help with my choice if anyone can help? I stuck, my choice is van damme blue studio grade at 1.5mm over 2m runs for the front bidwired and bi amped or 4mm single runs with the jumper plates attached, the overall diameter will be greater over bi wire and amp, will there be a noticeable difference between the two setups? By the way this is for my front speakers, castle Severn 2 and denon avr 1910. Many thanks in advance.
