Ravey Gravey Davy:There's many a voice not being heard along the line.An acceptance would be a start.

Is that a quote from the cod philosophy of that old Kung Fu TV series?

I'm not following either school, fish or otherwise- but to blame outlets per se without knowledge(for that is what the written evidence suggests) is to potentially back the wrong horse (ok -mixed pesci/animal metaphors)

I take you now as dismissive. I reminded you I am a woman as a joke, apparently we always want to be right (to spell it out). it is my English or you read the quote I published in a different way? they have ordered as much as they needed sony uk told them there is no more to be delivered. can any one else comment? i am worried my understanding of:

This situation was brought upon by Sony UK informing that there are no more units available and we would be allocated only a certain number

is wrong, as to Andrew it reads: sony centre have not ordered enough and Sony uk have warehouses full of them. it does not to me.

I am disappointed it your luck of inquisitive spirit and wanting to deal in facts by checking directly with sony UK

yes, Dave I agree. this very long exchange of "he said this and he said that" without wanting to establish what is what first is pointless.

yes Andrew, keep on believing that what one or two executives say here is set in stone, true, true and gospel, keep believing that facts in commercial world do not change. facts and information become obsolete even faster than TV sets. And quality management of service delivery is my professional hobby and if you cannot see that as big business as sony should be better equipped to prevent issues like this...than I have no comment

And I am sorry you have turned into more of an argument than a reasoned discussion based on facts

Over and out

OK, as we've established that no-one has definitive info on this one, i'm locking this thread before it gets more confusing and potentially inflammatory.

I'll personally pursue the matter on Monday, to see if Sony's stance has changed since we were clealry told that more stocks are on the way.
