Separates or all-in-one?

I'm trying to choose between a Sony DAV-IS10 (the one with teeny speakers), and a Onkyo receiever/Samsung DVD/Jamo A102HCS5 5.1 set up. Both come in between £500 and £600. I want to listen to music as well as DVDs.

Any advice?

If you have the space and can put up with the styling mismatches, I'd go for the separates, as they will give you better sound.

However, the little Sony system is phenomenal considering what it is and those ridiculously small speakers.
