screen burn/black bars

ive been watching bluerays only on my plasma for the last week as ive moved it to the bedroom and ive got no aerial connected yet.

ive noticed after watchin a film earlier i could still see the black bars top and bottom of the screen. its the first time ive notice this on my kuro. i used to get this on my old pioneer plasma but it would go after a minute or so once i was watchin something else.

shud i play something on full screen occasionally to stop this

When you've finished watching something and you see anything burned into the screen, select a TV channel that's not being used so that the screen is filled with White noise - this soon clears it. I'd recommend doing this for a few minutes at the end of every day.
