Samsung DVD-HR753 149 at tesco, 160GB HDMI upscaling

does anyone know if this dvd recorder is any good i can't find any reviews online, is there a better one for the price?? i can only find one review where the chap says with an hdmi cable the sound is out of sync with the picture???

You may not be able to find any reviews online, but the WHF Buyer's Guide could tell you we gave it 4 stars back in our September issue, when we tested it at £200....

It's a good all-rounder - not quite as complete as its Panasonic and Sony rivals, but at that price it's a superb bargain option.
