i have just installed my 7.1 speakers (bolted to walls) although not wired up yet - due to room layout my rear speakers are more on the side of the room which i have read is better but they are about 1 foot in front of listening position which isn't ideal - will audessy be able to allow delay to mask the position?
rear speakers - will audessy correct?

If your rear speakers (Surround Back) are in front of the listening position, where are your Surround Left and Right? It's OK if they are roughly beside you and the Surround Backs behind. Just use the set-up and adjust manually to fine tune if you wish.
sorry - the back speakers are about 2m behind me - just my rears are just in front to left and right then fronts are about 3m in front of me
