i asked you early about making a biwire cable into a single run by joining the together at the amp and speaker ends - if the two wires i've joined together are different lengths like an inch let say would that mess up the signal and perhaps been worse than using a single run?

No, an inch really won't make a difference. Just make sure you join the two reds together, and the two blacks, at the speaker end.
