Q Acoustics 2010i/2020i better than B&W M1 for HiFi?

As the title suggests I have some M1's soon to be connected to a VSX 921K AV amp.

I want a better HiFi experience alongside my home cinema.

Would the Q-Acoustics deliver what I am after over the M1's.

I auditioned them and I liked them a lot but they were connected to a HiFi amp and not my amp.

Short answer, IMO: yes.

We've found the Qs work excellently for the money in both stereo and multichannel set-ups; the m1s are primarily designed as AV satellite speakers.

Yes to confirm I use the 2010's in my cinema setup and they are great with music.

and almost spookily clear with vocals. the other night we thought we had someone in the house creeping around. It was in fact the sound of Greg Wallace chewing on some foodnn master chef. :grin:
