Pioneer PDP4270XD for £998.00

Apparently there are still a few of these around, albeit only 1 HDMI, so ideal for just a SKYBOX at presebt but could always add a two way QED HDMI switch box later if necessary for a Blu ray or ordinary Upscaling DVD player.

Not bad for the price though and was wondering if the 4280XD was significantly better because that's around £1500. So...any recommendations for the 4270XD at £998?

I picked one up for £900 a couple of months ago, well pleased with it. I got it in a curry's store.

Was a little hesitant with only 1 HDMI but I soon got over it! I'm only running 1 HDMI source into it for now, a Denon 1940. There seems quite a few options now for HDMI switching, i'll probably use it as an excuse to upgrade my AV amp to one with HDMI switching built in....
