Onkyo tx-sr505 or 506 replacement

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but was interested in an Onkyo tx-sr505 or whatever might be the new version of such a thing. When I read the review of the Onkyo tx-sr506 it says that it's not as good as "the sony". Which Sony??? Help!

Or any other advice would be great. The best buy Yamaha DSP-AX763 is definitely in my price range but I really want a tuner included.
