Onkyo Parts

Does anyone know where to buy Onkyo parts? I've tried googling and so far only found one internet shop that sells the part I am after but they wont ship outside of the US. I tried contacting Genserve several times but never got an answer or a reply to my emails. Any ideas?

I have always found Onkyo impossible to contact in the past. If I don't get a reply from Genserve I may have to
