I decided to bite the bullet and picked up one of these one the other day.
I went along to SuperFi and got a demonstration of it and was very impressed.
I'm new to the Home Cinema stuff so what impresses me might not impress some
of you "old timers"
I decided to give the 2.1 system a try to see what it was like before spalshing out extra cash on the 5.1 upgrade.
As I say I am impressed with it as it is but feel that the extra immersion that the full surround
will give will be even better so I've now got those on order.
It came supplied with an hdmi lead and an optical lead and all the speaker cable so it's pretty much ready to go.
The manual looks a bit daunting for a newbie like me but I found it quite logical and got it up and running in no time.
It may need a bit of tweaking to get the best sound from all inputs yet but watching Cars
on Blu Ray ( Panny BD30 ) was great.
For the money I think it great.
I just hope now WHF don't give it a bad review.
