Onkyo 605 and Jamo A102 HCS5 a Waste?

Can anyone tell me if it would be a waste putting the Jamo A102 HCS5 speaker package with the Onkyo 605 amp? they will be placed in a small room (5m x 2m). If I did put them together would I still hear the quality of for example Dolby True HD through these? Thanks.

I have the Jamo speakers with a lesser amp (the Sony 1200es) and they sound great. The best sound I've received so far is DTS and it's excellent. Do you not need 7.1 for true HD?

Thats the receiver/speaker combo i am interested in. Never considered that there might be any possable problem with HD audio. Any ideas/advise would be helpfull to me also!

Has anyone tested this combination? I have a PS3 and I am going to order an Onkyo 605 and also need advice on what speakers to go for, my budget (that is left) is around £300
